Actively identify and approach potential customers in the energy and industrial sectors. Build and maintain customer relationships and expand your network while negotiating deals effectively. Develop partnerships further, create commercial proposals that align with client needs, monitor and analyse market developments and trends, and identify and approach new opportunities. Achieve sales targets and clearly present and report your results.

HBO/WO working and thinking level with a commercial or technical background. At least 3 years of experience in a B2B sales role, ideally in the energy or electrical engineering sector. Strong communication skills in English (Dutch and/or German is a plus). Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to open new doors and close deals. Willingness to travel within Europe for client visits and project coordination.

Inspection, maintenance and minor repairs of distribution and power transformers on-site and at company location. Oil sampling and dissolved gas analysis (DGA). Thermal imaging and insulation resistance testing. Tap-changer inspection and servicing. Documentation and reporting of findings in line with IEC 60076 standards. Coordination with site operators and project managers.

MBO/HBO level technical education (electrical engineering or similar). Experience with high-voltage installations or transformer maintenance is an advantage. Willingness to work at project sites across the Netherlands and, occasionally, Europe. Valid driving licence. Hands-on attitude with attention to safety and quality standards. Knowledge of Dutch; English is a plus.
